- Photo Requirement: Applicant must submit two (2) identical, color, passport style photographs (no glasses may be worn). The photos must be recent and generally should not be the same used for the passport itself.
If ordering concierge service or Document Pre-Check, you may upload digital photos through your account at no additional cost. Simply email them to orders@travelvisapro.com with the applicants full name and order number in the subject line. Additional $20 Photo Printing fee will be added to your request.

- Invitation Letter: Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation (LOI) from the inviting party or organization. The LOI should contain the applicants name and title, detail the purpose of the visit, provide dates of the visit and should be signed by a company officer with contact details included.
Scanned/printed copies are generally acceptable.
- Proof of Residency: Applicant must submit a legible color copy of their driver’s license or state issued ID.
If applicant does not have a state issued ID or has recently moved and not updated their ID, applicant must also provide a recent utility bill (sewer, water, electric)
- Passport: Applicant must submit their current, signed passport. A visa is a stamp or sticker applied to the passport by the Embassy or consulate, therefore the original passport is required.

It must provide the dates, duration and purpose of the trip. It should also include contact details (name and address) of an individual at the host company. When preparing for a business trip to Indonesia, it’s essential to understand the specific visa regulations and requirements that apply. A business visa is typically needed for those intending to conduct business activities such as meetings, conferences, or signing contracts. Before you apply, ensure that your primary purpose aligns with the visa category. The application process can involve submitting a variety of documents, including an invitation letter from the Indonesian company you intend to work with, proof of financial capability, and a completed visa application form.
One of the key guidelines to keep in mind is that your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date to Indonesia. It’s advisable to carry copies of both your passport and visa at all times during your stay. Additionally, check the requirements for your specific visa type, as different activities may necessitate different documents or permissions. Thoroughly reviewing the requirements ensures a smoother application process and helps you avoid potential delays or complications.
Be aware that business visa regulations can change frequently, so it’s wise to stay informed about the latest updates before your trip. For instance, Indonesia has specific health regulations that may affect entry, such as vaccination requirements. Travelers should also consider local customs and business etiquette, as maintaining professionalism is paramount in the Indonesian business culture. Respecting local customs can facilitate smoother interactions and foster better relationships with your Indonesian counterparts.
