Application Requirements For Brazilian Visas In Kansas City
When applying for a Brazilian visa in Kansas City, it’s essential to meet the specific documentation and eligibility requirements to ensure a smooth and successful application process. Whether you’re traveling for tourism, business, or another purpose, you’ll need to provide a valid passport, a completed visa application form, a recent passport-sized photo, and additional documents based on your visa type, such as an invitation letter or proof of travel arrangements. Travel Visa Pro simplifies this process by guiding you through each step and ensuring all your documents meet the consulate’s standards. Here are the requirements to apply for a Brazil visa:
- e-Visa Notice: Using this program, applicant does not send any physical documents to Travel Visa Pro. The entire process is handled electronically. When the visa is issued, applicant will be provided an electronic confirmation to print and carry while traveling.
- Business Cover Letter: The applicant travelling to Brazil for business reasons (i.e. meetings, consulting, auditing, site visit, signing contracts, cruise or airline crew members, etc.) must submit a Business Cover Letter (BCL) from a US-based employer or Brazilian host-company.
A BCL can be a scanned document on company’s letterhead signed by a company’s official. The letter must state:
• visit dates and duration,
• purpose of the trip (description of business activities to be done),
• applicant’s job title, job description and monthly salary;
• contact details of the host company (name, address, phone)
• contact details of an individual (name, title, address, phone, email) at the host company.
• Affirmation of company’s financial responsibility of the applicant during the trip;
• A statement indicating that “no technical work, assistance or training” will be provided during stay in Brazil. Such activities require a VITEM temporary work visa. - Notice For Placing Order for E-visa: When placing your order online you will be asked to select inbound and return shipping options. As E-visa’s are handled electronically and no physical documents need to be sent, if only ordering E-visa(s), select “Applicant will handle shipping” to avoid unnecessary shipping fees.
- Digital Photo Requirement: Applicant must submit one (1) digital, color, passport style photograph (neutral expression, no glasses may be worn). See an example link below.
Alternatively, you can take a good quality “selfie” with your smartphone against light plain background and email to us at evisa@travelvisapro.com. FOR $15 Photo Service fee, we will resize and retouch it for you to fit requirements perfectly.
- Proof of Travel: Applicant must submit a flight reservation from a travel agency or online booking tool (such as an e-confirmation) showing the entry and the departure from Brazil.
- Brazil e-Visa Application Worksheet: Applicant must submit one completed visa application worksheet.
- Scanned Copy of Passport: Applicant must submit a color scan the valid, signed passport. See example of correctly scanned passport copy on the link below.
Passport must be valid for at least SIX (6) months after the intended arrival to Brazil.
Passport must also have at least one (1) completely blank page for visa/entry stamping upon arrival in Brazil. Amendment pages do not count.
- Applicants Under 18yrs: Although applicant may be submitting documents along with other family members, when submitted to an embassy or consulate, applications are treated individually. If applicant is under 18 years old, please view the following link.
- Photo Requirement: Applicant must submit two (2) identical, color, passport style photographs (no glasses may be worn). The photos must be recent and generally should not be the same used for the passport itself.

Simply email them to orders@travelvisapro.com with the applicants full name and order number in the subject line. Additional $20 Photo Printing fee will be added to your request.
- Proof of Sufficient Funds: Applicant must submit a NOTARIZED copy of their most recent bank statement. The statement must show the applicant’s name as the account holder, the balance of the account and the date of the statement.
The available balance should be greater than $200 USD per day in country. For example, if spending 10 days in the country, statement should show balance in excess of $2,000 USD.

Apply For An Expedited Brazil Visa In Kansas City
When planning a trip to Brazil, securing the right visa is crucial for a smooth and enjoyable experience. For U.S. citizens traveling for tourism or business, a visitor visa is typically required. The visa application process can seem daunting, but with the right guidance and preparation, you can navigate it with ease. Travel Visa Pro offers expedited services to ensure that your application is processed quickly, allowing you to focus on planning your itinerary instead of worrying about paperwork.
Before applying for your Brazil visa, it’s important to gather all necessary documentation. This typically includes your valid U.S. passport, which must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay, a recent passport-sized photograph, and a completed visa application form. Be prepared to provide proof of your travel plans, such as hotel reservations and a flight itinerary, as this is often required by the consulate. Additionally, if you are traveling for business, include a letter from your employer outlining the purpose of your trip.
One key aspect to watch out for is the specific requirements that may vary based on the duration and purpose of your visit. For instance, if you plan to stay for more than 90 days or engage in activities beyond standard tourism, you may need to apply for a different type of visa. It’s always best to double-check the latest regulations regarding entry into Brazil, as these can change frequently. Using the services of Travel Visa Pro ensures you are kept up-to-date and compliant with the current guidelines.
Keep in mind that the visa processing times can vary depending on several factors, including the volume of applications the consulate is handling. To avoid any last-minute stress, it’s advisable to apply as early as possible and to consider utilizing the expedited services offered by Travel Visa Pro. This can significantly reduce wait times and allow you to receive your visa more quickly. The expedited option is particularly beneficial for young professionals who may have tight schedules.
As you prepare for your trip, familiarize yourself with Brazilian customs and entry requirements. Be aware that, upon arrival, you will need to present your visa and complete an immigration form. It’s also wise to have copies of your important documents stored securely, both physically and digitally. Following these guidelines will not only help smooth your entry into Brazil but will also make your travel experience more enjoyable. If you need assistance with your Brazil visa application, don’t hesitate to reach out to Travel Visa Pro for professional support every step of the way.

Guide To Traveling To Brazil With A Visa
When planning a trip to Brazil, understanding the visa requirements is crucial to ensuring a smooth journey. As a U.S. citizen, you will need to apply for a tourist visa before your arrival if you plan to stay for longer than 90 days. The typical application process includes completing a visa application form, providing a valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond your planned stay, and submitting a recent passport-sized photograph. In addition, you should gather documents such as a travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, and financial statements to demonstrate that you can support yourself during your stay.
One important aspect to be aware of is that Brazil issues different visa types depending on the purpose of your visit. For example, if you’re planning to attend business meetings or academic conferences, you may require a business visa or even an educational visa if you’re part of a study program. It’s essential to select the correct visa category to comply with Brazilian regulations and avoid unnecessary complications upon arrival. Be sure to double-check the specific requirements for each visa type, as these may change based on your unique circumstances.
Furthermore, timing plays a vital role in the application process. While standard processing times can take several weeks, using Travel Visa Pro enables you to request rush or expedited visa services, significantly reducing your waiting time. Remember that applying for your visa well in advance is advisable; unforeseen delays in documentation could hinder your travel plans. Be proactive in securing your visa by starting the application process as soon as your travel dates are confirmed.
As you prepare for your trip, keep in mind that adherence to the rules is of utmost importance. Upon arriving in Brazil, ensure that you have all required documentation readily available to present to customs and immigration officials. Failing to provide necessary documents may lead to complications or even denial of entry. Additionally, familiarize yourself with Brazilian laws and customs, as local regulations can differ greatly from those in the United States.
Finally, maintaining open communication with Travel Visa Pro can enhance your experience significantly. Should any issues arise during your application or if you have questions while navigating the visa process, our team of experts is here to assist you. We are dedicated to alleviating the stress that often accompanies visa applications, making your journey to Brazil as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
